How long will it take for my painting to arrive? Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days within Singapore.
Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we focus on providing the best service to our customers in Singapore. For special overseas requests, please talk to us directly with the chatbox first.
2. 🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to love your new art. If the painting doesn't quite fit your space, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Timeline: You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item.

Condition: The painting must be in its original condition and packaging.

Process: Please contact us to arrange the return. Once we inspect the artwork, we will process your refund or exchange.
What if my painting arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging our art. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as a priority.

How do I maintain and clean my paintings? Our oil and acrylic paintings are created to last a lifetime. To keep them vibrant:

Dusting: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a clean, soft-bristled artist brush to gently whisk away dust every few months.

Avoid Liquids: Never use glass cleaner, or household chemicals on the surface of the canvas, Dampen cloth is allowed.

Sunlight: Avoid hanging your artwork in direct, harsh sunlight for extended periods to prevent colors from fading over time.

Environment: Keep your art away from high-moisture areas (like bathrooms) or direct heat sources (like right above a stove or radiator).
4. 💡 General Questions
Are the paintings "Ready to Hang"? Yes! All paintings are well framed, You can hang them directly on your wall with a little hook installed. Detailed installation instruction is on page : Art guide . Check the specific product description to see if a decorative outer frame is included.
Do you do custom commissions? Love a style but need a different size? We often work with our artists to create custom pieces. Reach out to us with your requirements, and we’ll let you know the possibilities!
